I've heard (not 100% sure about it) that you can actually just replace the odometer in your new cluster with the one from your old cluster and then not even have to worry about rolling it back. Somebody can probably give you instructions on how to.

Take it to a speedometer shop. They can do it for you and give you the paperwork to certify it incase you have legal problems down the road. Had mine done for $20, but my friend works there

If it's for a 5th gen, just take the two screws out of the back of your original (center) speedo, and switch them into the new cluster. Voila! Your new cluster has your original miles...
