Default Rolling?

I just picked up a new cluster for my hatch and I want to roll the odometer up to the same miles as that on my car. How do I do it?

I've heard (not 100% sure about it) that you can actually just replace the odometer in your new cluster with the one from your old cluster and then not even have to worry about rolling it back. Somebody can probably give you instructions on how to.

Take it to a speedometer shop. They can do it for you and give you the paperwork to certify it incase you have legal problems down the road. Had mine done for $20, but my friend works there

just take the old one from the old cluster and swap it into ur new one, its fits perfectly. Then you dont have to worry about legal issues.

If it's for a 5th gen, just take the two screws out of the back of your original (center) speedo, and switch them into the new cluster. Voila! Your new cluster has your original miles...

It's a JDM EG6 SiR Cluster guys. So if I swap my speedo in it'll look like **** since it's white faced.
