where do the brackets go...on the bumper or on the lower radiator support? please explain..

I'm sure they go on the bumper. The one's I did on the '99 were all on the bumper. How would you get the bumper off if those were attached to the radiator support?

i dunno..i dont remember when i was working on civic1.6vtecs car but im drawing a blank...he doesnt call up anyone anymore. but you have to cut the vents...so how will it go on the bumper?

With the '99, there were already holes for the screws to screw into. I dunno on the 5th gens.

fawk, your right they go on the bumper...3 screws on the inside going towards the front of the car(when the bumper is on)

i decided to cut of the shiits but it got to hard so i took off the bumper, well when i first started i cut off on of the things the screw goes into..so i only gonna have 2 screws on one side..but w/e ill figure something out. i wont be doing that to the other side..lol.
