Greddy Turbo vs JRSC
'm planning to get either those. I got a 94 dx hatch with gsr motor. Basically both are bolt-ons and ready to go without tuning. Which will have more power, a greddy at 6psi or JRSC with 6lb pulleys? JRSC seems to be a bit cheaper than a greddy with IC and upgraded fuel pump. Just wants to know which one will give me more power. Anybody have experience with either for the GSR. Dynos would be nice on the Greddy kit also. Advice will be greatly appreciated. and no I don't want a Drag or revhard or custom make a turbo kit.

I have two friends with both the Greddy and JRSC.
I rate them as the same. You can only go so far on both of those.

i personaly prefer the supercharger as it ads power all the way across the board... it may not be the most popular (over turbo, since everyone is all about the turbo but i still think blowers are better.. im NOT saying it will be faster... im simply saying i prefer a blower...

What you hear...and what you experience are two different things.

greddy all the way....you can up the boost to 7-8 if you have the i/c kit and some tuning. A greddy kit @ 7-8 pounds will blow away the JRSC @ 6. Either way, it will be a awesome setup with that GSR swap in there...best of luck to you. If you decide to go greddy i can get the turbo/ic kits pretty cheap brand new. Hit me up.

8lb pulley and tuning with the jrsc looking at 200whp. And people always talk about there is a lot of low end power. From what i seen the low end power just makes you lose traction more. Is the reason your consider the greddy cause your in cali?
Theres other turbos kits, but if your in cali then greddy all the way.

Greddy with an Intercooler is illegal in California
JRSC with a 8lb. pulley is illegal in California.
JRSC is less recognizable to the local authorities though and they wouldnt know what pulley to look for.
The intercooler is an automatic violation.
