Civic Type R or Teg Type R?

I drive a 98 Civic coupe and thinking about getting either JDM Civic Type R or Teg Type R. Price difference of the engines are $500 and I'm trying to get some feedback to see which would be better for my car.

this is just for the engine right? if it was the car, get a civic CTR>.. never seen one

, motor wise. probably go teg type r if u wanna go all motor

ITR, or build something better for less. A GSR with an LS crank and rods, and either use a Skunk intake manifold, or swap a PR3 head and ITR manifold on.
