Default swap/conversion is almost done...

hey guys as some of u might know im gettin a b18 swapped into the HeavyCivic and having it converted to stick

everything is going fine so far
motor dropped in easily enuf, pedals are in, wiring is done

i have no power steering until i buy a new pump but thats not that big a deal

i have come across one small problem...the gsr headers i got dont reach the cat
there's about a 7" gap from the downpipe to the cat

i either have to get my headers extended or i have to find the right kind of headers to use

im sure someone has seen a 99 4dr with a b18 swapped into it

so can anyone tell me what headers to use? 99 SI? LS?

otherwise im stuck extending my gsr headers which is fine but i would rather get the right headers.

any help is appreciated

you have to get a whole new exhaust pipe run.. I just did a b18b swap and had a 2.25" exhaust bent from the cat back. You will also need a gsr catylitic converter.

You need to have a piece of pipe added. This is when you can get a whole new custom exhaust.
