Default inexpensive buffer

i know that PC 7424 is the most recommended buffer out there but i can't afford that

so i found this Coleman Powermate 10" Random Orbital Waxer/Polisher at Autozone for 30 bucks

Should I get this? or because its cheap, is it REALLY going to mess up my paint?

Just remember, you get what you pay for! Make sure you get good compounds and pads! Foam not wool!
