i am surprise u havent seen it before, this is actually the third generation i believe. It has a build in cut off switch just n case if some how u cut the lock to shift u will still need to find the cutoff cable.
they come in different style and different price. I pay $250 including labor. I got it when i first got the car 4yrs ago. this multilock is the only reason i am still driving this car.

to take if off u have to go under the car and find this big metal and some how unscrew it and u also have to take the entire passenger seat out and a bunch of stuff and i really dont want to deal with it.

I already have a DEI alarm but i live in nyc and wherever i am driving i feel naked thats how bad it is.

anyway here is an update. I was taken a closer look at it today and i notice that the black panel is already broken, around where the multilock is.
i think the guy who install the multilock knew I would have problem installing a new radio and thats why he broke it. is broken in a way u cant really see it unless u take the rubber of the multilock off.
so problem solve thanks for ur reply.

:werd: It'd be easier to take the battery out of the car and carry it around with you everywhere you go
