'00 Accord air conditioner filter
Can anyone tell me how to remove the glove box from a '00 Accord coupe? I'm told that the cabin air filter is behind the glove box. The recommended replacement interval is 30,000 miles and I'm at 69,000.

Excellent answer!! A picture is worth a thousand words, this is a much better response than I ever imagined. Is your source one that I may access? I also have a '97 Prelude so it seems that I'm usually under the hood of a Honda. Thanks, oldnovice.

There are omissions in the summary provided. The removal of the glove box has 4 screws from the glove box front and three on the bottom and one at the base.
Also the removal of the box is not easy. I pulled on the box and managed to snap the tab since the glove box light is in direct way of the tab. The opnly way I saw to get around this would be to remove the top bar. anyone have better ideas?
