alright, the problem is im not getting gas into the carb.. just last week i changed the fuel filter in the engine compartment, it ran good for a week so i thought i solved the problem. but just yesturday it acted up again and wont start (again) so i traced everything back to not getting any fuel. i pulled apart the trunk and blah blah and got to the pump itself only to discover its not getting any power..
my question is would this be caused by a bad main relay or could it be a fried wire somewhere down the line..?

the pump fuse in the fuse box is fine and is showing power (we tested that).
