Default Clear Taillight help

hey .. i have some clear euro lights .. but i have a little problem .. the inside of the taillights are dusty.. how can i clean them??

dusty or foggy?
dust can be cleaned by a vaccum cleaner with a thin pipe
Hair dryer for the fog

compressed air + vaccum

Plan b: heat and open them up, clean them out, then reseal them

ok kool .. thanks ... but i just found out they don't fit my accord i have a 2 door and i guess it's only for 4 doors im gona aft to sell them
