Needs Xtreme ingredient to build the Ultimate 4th gen accord!!!

Okay! I work at Ford where most of the guys there are into Mustangs and muscles. And they be running superchargers on their v6's and v8's. Well, I want to show them that my 4dr accord does have the potiential and will beat them some day. And NO it's not an automatic... So, does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? i want to get up to at least 400 hp.

Ride: 91' accord EX
2.2 lit sohc
5 speed manual

cold air intake, after market muffler, after market headers, and 9.3 mm spark plug wires and maintence are up to date.

find a honda performance shop that has a good reputation. Hand them 20,000 dollars and say make this bitch go as fast as fucking possible.
