this is really vague, do a search and you'll probably find a better answer. also, try honda-tech.com if you can't find anything here. again, SEARCH FIRST.
take out all the little screws from
door handle
door arm-rest/handle area
anybody else chime in if i missed anything?
then basically grab the bottom part of the door panel and it will literally pop off. be gentle but firm, you'll get it. you may have to gently pry the plastic trim ring around the door handle off first, as well. be careful not to break anything. don't force anything. it's really amazingly easy once you get the hang of it.
