I'm new to the Integra forum but familiar with HAN. I have a 96 Civic LX and I'm looking at getting into a GS-R. One of my local dealers has one listed at $14,990, about $1,000 more than I'm willing to pay. He's dropped the price to $14,500 and I'm looking for leverage for the extra $5-600.

Anyway, my question. I know that Honda put stickers on the body panels to show if they've been replaced or not. (After an accident and such) Where are the stickers located on the front and rear of the GS-R, specifically front bumper and rear trunk lid. Pics would be very helpful!!

What year is it? That price seems awfully high unless there is insanely low mileage. I would shop around and either buy from a private dealer or a dealership if you can find one cheaper. I think the stickers you are referring to are behind the bumpers. You would have to remove them to see or not. Good luck though, you will love a GSR once you get one.

My bad;

It's a 2001 GSR with 53,000 miles on it. It has some minor scratches in the front right fender, but could be buffed out easily, but otherwise is very clean. Options include: Most power goodies (antenna, windows, mirrors, and locks), dual air bags, AC, rear defroster, oem floor mats, ABS, rear wiper, rear spoiler, leather buckets in front and rear. It has a Sony head unit in it right now, but the factory radio is in the trunk. I'm not sure what came standard.

I did find some others in the area that are about $1000 lower for the same year with similar mileage and features, so I do have some other leverage with the dealer if I decide to pursue. The only reason I would consider this dealer is it's about 75 miles closer than all the rest, and they are rather large and reputable.

If you get one I wouldn't look at a 4 door GSR. My opion don't like 4 dr GSR's. Extra weight etc... It's like if they made a 2 & 4 dr Supra TT. Would you picture getting a 4 dr Supra. Good Luck With Your Choice Gingas.

Sedans also have a longer wheelbase and are much stiffer with respect to twisting in the back. Kinda sleeper, especially if you shave the DOHC sticker off the back. That price is too high, what is blue book on the thing. Go in at the end of the month and low ball his ass when he is hot to make a sale.

That price is to high, which doesn't surprise me coming from a dealer. They always try and rape people. Just point out the scratches and insist that the car isn't worth the money they're asking.

The tag on the trunk is on the hinge side, near the center, not sure about the others

too steep of a price. all 98-2001 are essentially the same. so if you find a 53k mile 98 its cheaper and the same thing so y not jsut get that? :P
