these hids are oem there in great shape comes with bulbs ballast and ignitors! The bulbs are D2s osram. I also got the bi-xenon projectors for this hid setup includes everything!! PM me for details or email civic1798@aol.com

yes this is complete with 2 bulbs 2 ballast 2 ignitors I also got the projectors bixenon,the hids are from a 2005 maxima and the hid projectors are from a new nissan murano there like 04 05 everything is in great condtion
