Default F20C 2.0 16V DOHC VTEC for civic?

hey guys im thinking of swapping my engine out but i really dont know anything about engines ive been looking around and i found this engine {F20C 2.0 16V DOHC VTEC PGM-FI 1997 240hp@8300rpm 153tq@7500rpm '00-'02 S2000 }can you guys help?

i need to know if this would fit a 97 civic and what other mods would need to be made. belive me and i know there would probably be a lot. please help!

it will not fit without converting your fwd car to rwd. have fun.

It will fit if you shit out money and have skilled fabricators that will custom fabricate everything to make it fit. Otherwise, get a B18C and turbo it and be just as fast.

you could get the f20b, which is a lower displacement variation of the h22 used in the jdm/edm accord sir's or something like that.

s2000 has a totally different drivetrain. welcome to honda's
