Default Disc Brakes in the Rear on a 93 civic DX

Just wondering if any one has a shopping list that I could use to get parts to swap out the drums for discs. I was told to find an Si at a junk yard and rip it all off but no SIs in my area. Thanks!

any 94+ integra rear disks will do, you'll need the rear trailing arms, brake lines, brake cable, proportioning valve and master cylinder from same integra

u would need the master cylindar and all the proportioning valves and anything else that it has except the brake lines to make it work. if ur getting it off of a junk car i would take the front calipars to just to make sure you have a full set and save yourself problems later. those are just my suggestions though

if he gets the front calipers, will need the front knuckles as well, as the dx ones won't work with integra front calipers

edit: of course he would need the brake lines, drum brake lines dont work with disk brake

you were saying not to get the brake lines, didnt mention anything about getting new ones, i agree getting new ones would be the way to go. but if he asked what all to get

u can get the rear disc setup from the following cars because they are all the same:
94-97 del sol vtec
94-01 integra rs,ls,gs,gsr
92-95 civic si
99-00 civic si

-trailing arms(optional because your stock ones are the same)
-rear rotors
-calipers & pads
-brake lines(just get new steel braided ones)
-ebrake cables(92-95 si would be fine)

recommended but not necessary for install:
-bigger brake booster(integra rs, gsr, itr)
-master cylinder(15/16 or 1in)
-proportional valve(92-95si non abs or 94-97 integra RS)

heres a secret if you dont want to swap ur stock booster out, get a 1991 Civic EX 15/16 MC. its a direct bolt on to ur stock booster. if anything, get the prop valve, makes pedal feel better and less travel.

have fun.
