when i'm in neutral, my shifter is stiff moving left to right(especially moving left and going into 1st or 2nd:S). What's the problem?

check your bushings and tranny fluid.

probly the synchros goin bad time for a new tranny

i dont think it would have anything to do with the synchros because its only in neutral. it could be something binding up somewhere in the linkage. you could try loosening the bolt a tiny bit that holds the linkage to the shifter. either that or you can check the shifter bushings and see whats up with them.
