NE1 replace the axle bearing in differential?
It's only a $25.00 bearing. I was just curious what's involved-"LOOKS" easy enough from the parts catalog drawing. (Except the shim part, a lot of different sizes available??).

So i guess it's cheaper to just find a used tranny and swap it. Unless the labor for this job is mostly taking the tranny out and installing it.
Someone here must have replaced the differential bearings at some point or even swapped to a Quaife or LSD, how hard was doing that?
