Default Which tuning program ?

I've been talking to a guy who says he will tune my car using Crome with a wideband and so forth. However, I haven't done much reasearch on this and am wondering if anyone can offer any insight to this or if you guys reccomend a different program ?

I run Hondata and love it. A lot of other people are using Uberdata because it's free. Never heard of Chrome...

from what i understand about chrome, it is the same as uberdata and hondata, but it just has a different user interface type thing. the free version is not very capable as the version that is for sale where as uberdata is as capable as the version for sale, except it is free. Also, hondata has to be bought period and you have to buy extra options if you are boosting and so forth.

yeah crome, uberdata, hondata, they all offer pretty much the same exact thing, its really up to your tuner, which ever he is more familiar with is the one you should go with, unless ur gonna do it yourself, then definitely go with crome or uberdata, both are free,

Crome is a fully capable system. The answer is always go with what your tuner is comfortable with. The caveat is that you have to make sure that he has a good reputation, and is trustworthy.

And that you're not going to move somewhere that doesn't have another tuner for that system somewhere relatively close.

Yes, and make sure that where you park the car isn't prone to earthquakes or swarms of violent bees....

Just so everyone is aware...

Crome is an engine management software.

Chrome is a shiny metal.

DIY Free editors have come a long way to date...they will all do the trick. The tuner does need to know the ins and outs of these software proggies though as they all have their own little intricities.
