They are a bitch to install but I have heard great things about them once they are in. I don't find the benefits rewarding enough for me to tackle that, so I have stayed away from them.
Pros:
Increased handling
Essentially eliminates wheel hop
Stiffer ride (If that is your style)
Cheap
Cons:
Bitch to install
Can squeak if not lubed properly
Stiffer ride (If that isn't your style)

I have an energy suspension bushing kit on my 99 gsr. If your looking for icing on the cake for suspension this is the mod. to do. They are a bitch to install and I did not do it myself. There is a few parts that have to be pressed in and out. Labor was about 5 bills, but well worth the handling. It stiffens everything up.
