well my first post was about what engine i should drop into my 98 civic hatch but i got a fast amount of replies.. now if i went with a B16A 92-95 (SiR-II) complete change over would that be to much trouble? like would i have to buy mounts, wiring? also what would be some ways to up the HP on the engine? exhaust, headers etc?

just get an Si rear mount, and a Si front upper mount and a OBD1 to OBD 2 conversion harness and you should be set i think the b16a has about 160-170 HP

you can get the SiR II in obd2 already, so no need for a conversion harness. Yes you will need the rear 99-00Si tranny mount bracket. The swap is pretty damn straight forward. The motor is rated at 170hp
