Default belt slipping noise coming from intake manifold

I have a 95 LS. I just put a new clutch and flywheel in it and replaced the throwout bearing and pilot bearing to. I noticed everytime now when the engine is revving down theres a squeal noise from the right side of the intake manifold. I listened to the tranny area while the hood was popped and its for sure coming from under the intake manifold right side. Anyone know what that would be?
Thanks

when you replace the IM gasket, throw on a Hondata one. It prevents heat soak to maintain a much cooler intake air charge. I've only been able to find them on ebay...
