Replacing current mufflers with TL-S...... QUESTION!
Hey guys. I currently have a Greddy Evo catback that im getting tired of because of getting pulled over by discrminating cops and overall noise. My question is, when attempting to change my muffler to TL-S, should i use the current Greddy evo pipping and just replace the muffler portion and add the TL-s mufflers? or should i put my stock exhaust back on and go from there? I uderstand the Evo has 2.25" piping which is ideal for accord i-4s, so would it not be easier to just chop off the greddy muffler and slap on a TL-s muffler with some added piping instead of repiping the stock exhaust to get that ideal 2.25" diameter? LMK what you guys think i should do, thanks!

I don't understand, I've got a GReddy Evo (II) and it hardly makes enough noise to be heard. It's no louder than say a Mustang GT or Camaro (stock of course) From 1K-3K it sounds louder, 3K-5K it's just deeper than stock and 5K-FCO my AEM intake drowns it out.

I think Cali is nuts, when come to noise. In NYC, you drive your shit with a w/o muffler on and the cops wouldnt even bother to looking at you. Thats so unfair and thos Harley is 10x times louder, how come they dont get stop?

Yep.!!!! ITs funny cause I frequently see cars driving around here with no mufflers what so ever.
Most of these cars I see are rice'd out civics in corona and when they floor that shit its more annoying than anything else.
They dont get stopped.
But I get pulled over for spitting out the window in the rain. ( Stupid Rookie cops )

you need to get one of these certifications....
you need to fight the ticket and bring you exhaust down to the BAR ref and get it tested. I fought my ticket and won but i have an apexi ws catback.
