2k accord wheel offset recommendation
hey guys,I'm looking at buying a set of 18" hp racing rims for my accord and need to know what offset i need to stay within. I want to go with deep dish rims but,i don't want them to stick out past the fender wells. here are the specs for the rims..
Front Size: 18" x 8.0" Lip: 2-1/2"
Rear Size: 18" x 9.0" Lip: 3"
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Offset: +38
will thes work or will the offset be too far off?

you would want to stay with a 7 or 7.5 inch rim with a 45 offset perferably some 42 or 43 offset will work but to be definately sure of no rubbing issues get the 45 offset hope this helps.

If you don't want it sticking out past the fender, then don't get those. +38 with an 8" wide wheel, you are gonna serious rubbing issues.
Like said above, get a higher offset. You can probably get away with 8", but 7.5 would be a better fit imo.

I seriously doubt that 9" will fit. The late model stock Accord alloys I've seen are 6.5" wide with a 55mm offset. 38mm compared to 55mm is roughly 11/16" difference. If you lower the car, then it gets even more sticky.
