Wife and I are going to try next year. This will give us a 3-4 month old when we start our intern year of residency. Now or never I guess, we're getting old.

I'm 26, wife is 28. I was kidding about being old, but we do really want to start a family before residency. I'll likely do emergency or surgery, which is 4 or 5 years. We don't want to be 33 and 35 for our first kid, and most people that start residency without kids finish without kids if both are docs.

32 with 3 boys. I'm a huge fan of pretty much any age between 2 and 12. Before 2 they suck at communicating, after 12 they turn into hormonal assholes lol. I love them all, but there are definitely sweet spots along the age range.
