I'm pretty sure i have a leak in my windshield wiper fluid bottle. Just wondering if any1 knows of an easy way to get to the bottle so I can put some duct tape on that badboy. Thanks mucho.

well i was looking for a way w/out taking off my bumper. after i posted i actually just went ahead and did it because i didn't feel like waiting for a response.
but actually i'd like to see someone unscrew their wiper fluid bottle just by opening the hood. u show me that and i'll be really happy because last time i checked, only the top is showing when u open the hood (5th gen prelude). y does it feel like no1 ever posts anything helpful on these forums anymore... only ppl flaming on other cars and smart ass responses...

Yeah, I just checked my chilton's manual and for 5th gen. Preludes you have to take the bumper off..... no other way around it. Sometimes you have to wonder how they built the damn thing!

it's doable to remove it without dropping the bumper cover. just unscrew the lower splashguard and pull it back to reveal the whole underside of the bottle. a bevvy of interesting tools will be useful to reach the mounting bolts to drop it.
