I have Tein SS supsension and its really Low plus I have a Wings West Body Kit on it as well. The ride is alright, you can feel just about almost ever bump in the rode. It handles extremely well though, so its not too bad.

The tein ss is a very good suspension. It has 16 levels of damping force so you might want to check that out if you think it's bumpy...

Had Tein HAs on my prelude before parting out.
Great handling if you don't mind the rough ride.
You can drop the car on its nuts too.
