Default Torque setting for lugs?

I asked this before but the old thread is gone. Whats the setting for the lugs? Thanks!

for 4th generations it is 80-100. I assume it is the same for the other generations. I torque mine to 80.

I heard they were 40k but they could be different. What ever is on an 02' Maxima is what i got.

The answer for BOTH 4th and 5th gen Preludes is 80 foot pounds. Actually most Hondas are to be torqued to that value-mainly with alloy wheels. Do not go much higher. Another thing-I DO NOT trust anyone with an airgun and a torque stick. Buy and use a real torque wrench (craftsman click type is my favorite).

You should torque them to 80.

just get a hand lugnut/ tire 4-star wrench and do it till u cant tighten em no more. I do- no probs yet!
