Soul searching in Noel Hina's 1995 Honda del SolAbout 10 years ago Noel Hina, with the help of upstart SoCal shop Sportcar Motion, built one of the best street cars I'd ever experienced. Now, before you go on about how your "homie's" car makes 700whp and would smoke this del Sol any day of the week, keep in mind my idea of a street car is probably quite a bit different than yours - full interior, audio, power steering - the works. Nothing was removed from the car in search of some magical curb weight in a feeble attempt to combat the infamous "del slow" label so many place upon Honda's little 1990's-era two-seater.
