Flushing Manual Tranny
I want to flush out my tranny, so i can make the switch to honda MTF...
So im thinkin of 2 or 3 options, what would be best?
1.Change the oil, run for a while and then change and put in honda MTF
2. Do same as abouve but add in seafoam of somting to clean everythign out in there.
or 3. Change to honda MTF, run it for a few miles and change again to flush it out...

I would just open the drain plugs and let it drip for an hour or so. If you want to flush it, I would first drain it and then put a quqrt in and let that drain out. I think a manual transmission is a lot more foregiving than an automatic.

What's in there now? Engine oil? (Honda MTF didn't exist till maybe '97?) I'd either just simply change it, or maybe do your #3.
Flushing is for an automatic, where the torque converter doesn't drain. Each time you drain/fill you're only changing maybe 1/2 of the fluid.
