Yep, that is exactly right, however if you want to do it on the cheap, you can do it with a glass bowl in a saucepan

 

or one saucepan in another saucepan :eek3:

 

or just take a smaller pan and put it on a bigger pan with boiling water in it

So I think I am going to goto the local farmers markey and get a small wildflower bouquet and surround it with brownies and put a note like,

"Happy Valentine's day and can't wait until out wildflower trip to Joshua Tree."

I think that is enough to show I care but not too big.

Anyone have a good brownie reciepe or good brand?
