neck/shoulder muscle pain advice needed

k... i think im gonna have to go to a massage place after work. i was struggling to drive when i was reversing because i couldnt turn my head all the way

don't try and lift that much?
I wouldn't sit on it though, go back to the gym and lightly work out, in my experience the pains went away faster :hs:

Ice, rest, heat, rest, ice, rest, heat, rest

Massage will help a bit, but I would rest it and ice/heat first.

i didnt try and lift a lot of weight. since it was my first time back at the gym in so long, i knew i lost a lot of strength and that i have to work my way up again. i noticed the pain like after the 2nd excersize.

any idea where u wanna go? there's this place i went to in monterey park... i asked for the treatment massage... tht sh*t left me sore for days, but i felt much better after tht... lemme know if u want the address.... it's $65 for an hr btw
