I know that WingsWest has been shipping their body kits folded since they started. But theirs was just lips and not full blown bumpers. I once had a Xenon rear bumper shipped to me folded and there was no problem bringing it back to shape...

Wow, I remember the first pic. He was a member of HAN a long time ago...

But anyways, about the bumper, my friend has it but he has the fiberglass version. Fits ok and it looked good. The only thing that concerned him is the fitment around the lights. Some parts were flawless but the passenger side low beam had slight gaps in it. Overall it was good (you couldn't tell the gap was there unless it was pointed out). This was when the bumper just came out for the teggies. Hopefully by now they've solved this problem, and with the bumper being urethane, this would probably help if there is some adjustment needed as compared to the fiberglass bumper.

No problem.

My Ford's Stillen urethane Front bumper Kit came folded, and this was a big bumper piece....not a small lip.

HAHA....i remember when i picked it up from the speedshop.....the dude points to this small box that i think can't possibly fit a BUMPER....till I open it and see it folded

I just left it unfolded for a day or two since it wasn't goin on the car right away and it was OK

The kit on my car in my signature (Tsunami T2000) was folded up like a pretzel when I got it. Don't worry a bit. They snap back to shape with no problems at all.

if some parts dont bend back to proper form what is suggested is you slightly heat up the area with a dryer and let it sit out in the sun for a while
