Yea I negotiated them into the deal. The dealers was like "...You really want these? Why?"
Wtf. $50 locks >>> $1200 Oem replacement rims. :eh:
Probably not going to lower it.
The thing I like about this car coming from the redline is that it handles great and doesn't beat the shit out of you. I won't have the dough for a full coilover set, so I'd have to settle for some good springs. I haven't read about one yet that doesn't kick your ass on the road.
I have an 800 one way drive that I make about 5 times round trip.
Also about the wheels... possibly. I found some Rota's that are te37 look alikes. But I'm nervous ... because, you know, they're rota's. Realistically though I won't be able to afford brand name wheels for a little while.
The GE sports rims are a weird shape. They only make 3 tires for them right now, and as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't buy any of them if I had a choice.
This is my first car that I can actually 'mod' a little bit. I'd really like it if it didn't look like a rice bucket. :lmao:

I'm planning on getting the RSB from Progress.
I'm looking to do 20% all around. I saw 35 in person and it's a little light for my liking...especially living in LA.
I just found a smoked black shift knob for 35...so sick. :hs:
Mine didn't come with carpet mats...should have negotiated it in the deal. : / I'll have to buy them elsewhere I suppose.
Do you have a short shifter?

I really liked the Fit, I test drove one a few years back and it was a nice little car. I was going to trade in my Evo for it, but decided against it. and isn't 20% illegal in LA? Depending on the area, they can be a dick and bust you for it.

It probably is.
I guess the dumb thing to say here, is that I've had 20% on for the past 2 years and haven't been stopped. :lmao:
Actually, no one I know has ever been stopped down here for tint.
I have ran up some tickets in IL for tint though. h:

35% is just right for me. the only thing i thought of changing was making the rear windshield 20% while everything else stays 35%. i may end up doing it next summer.
link to the shift knob? i thought about looking for a new one. i personally like the big round shape, but the soft plasticky feel is not so fun :hs:
yeah, i had the Mugen short shift kit installed a few days after i picked mine up b/c they had to wait for the parts to arrive
