Default 16 or 17's on 00 silver civic

Ok, first of all, very sorry I have crappy pictures in the rain with my car dirty, I couldn't find my "showcar" pics i took this summer..
Here is my Civic as it is now

It has a green Honda banner and a small H on the back window. I know some people hate banners, but if anyone has suggestions on how to compliment the banners, please let me know. I've already installed green cold cathodes under the dash, and am planning on painting the calipers a subtle green color.

I'm looking at buying either 16s or 17s, under $700 a set. I was thinking 17's, but i don't exactly want my car to look like some crazy gangster ride, and I think it *might* look better with 16s if i lowered it.
I'm really open to anything, so post pictures of rims or civics with rims you like, or tell me about these.

these konigs look kind of nice, but are a little bit flashy

konigs i'm seriously thinking about

stylish momo wheels

there are more i've been looking at, but those are a few that stuck out.
if you think of any other mods to go with my banner, and keep the car clean, please let me know! thanks:cheers:

All your wheel selections are ugly IMO
Green and silver clash...

rethink what you want... because if that was my car, a clean drop, 16 inch wheels (most likely some rota model ) and a swap is what I would do...

really depends on how low you wanna drop your car..thats what i say...i have 16's on my 00 civic si and i wont lie id rather have 17's but the smaller the wheel the less mass the drive train has to turn and less the brakes have to stop...i say 17's though...no bigger if your going the perf. route
