Can this be fixed?

Here are some pics of my newly aquired front lip. Its polyurethane (sp?) it came with a few scrapes, and since its gonna get painted soon I wanna know if I can fix these scrapes myself to save a little $$.If I can fix it myself how would I go about doing it? Also whats a resonable price to have a lip kit color matched?
Thanks

yes it can be fixed. Go to your local 3M distributor and get some Duramix 40/40. it's basically liquid plastic. it's a 2 part mix of 1:1, you could also get the 40 some odd dollar applicator gun to go with it but it isn't a must. apply, and once it dries sand and re apply if you need to. then prime and paint.

if you're gonna get it professionally painted, i'd say dont bother and just let them do it. For a shop, thats routine work that they could do easily.

All you have to do is sand them out...but I agree with ^^^...if it's going to be painted...let the body guys take care of it.

Well the kit is going to be fixed/painted by Mob Works. A member on this board recomended them, and im hoping it will come out well. I'll post pics ASAP.
