Default dont forget tools in your engine bay people

After working on an exhaust leak, I forgot a 3/8's 6 inch extension in my engine bay. I drove off and no more than 2 mins later, I heard this rattle and a pop. I looked under the hood and under the car, and theres the damage. A nice steady waterfall of oil out of my oil pan. heres the results.

from the looks of it, the extension fell on the ground and got wedged in between the ground and the oil pan. instead of lifting the car up, it punctured through the oil pan.
