i NEED a Price Check on this Rust

Hello,
I have a little bit of rust on the rear left and right rear wheel area.
(see pics)

Anywho, i was woundering how much it would be to fix this.
One side is not as bad as the other.

My guess would be in the $300 range. Maybe a tad less than that...

I would guess it would be around that for both sides. Body work is getting expensive. Insurance is driving body work rates sky high.
