Painted my sideskirts but doesnt look like color matches perfect :(

K i got the NH 158 i think thats it i dono bu i got the right color and i had the guy mix the paint for me cause no places had my color. It costed me 19 bucks. I spent all day painting my side skirts. First i did a primer then sanded a little. I then did more than 5 coats of paint until i ran out. I then did like 20 passes of a clear coat and i was all excited it looked great.

I go and put it on and the color is a little bluish not white it looked white but its not the same color!!!! Omg what do u think i should do? Get a refund from the paint shop mixer guys? Order paint from the net or somthing?

I went to the acura dealer and asked for spray paint of my integra white and they said they only have touch up paint its a small ass container. Thats why i went to the paint mixer people. Acura even recommended them.

well it's never gonna be perfect. You have to consider how time and the elements affected your stock paint. You can always try paint from www.paintscratch.com

I don't think you would get a refund. They would prob just give you the same reason as I just gave. Hey, it's better then black! Good job and pics.

You're in the wrong forum. Moved to what I think would help. :)

In all reality you really can't tell all that bad. I think it looks fine man.

Did you compare the paint color before you clearcoated it? How long did you wait before the color coat and the clearcoat?

Sometimes clearcoat could change paint color, especially when the paint hasn't been given proper time to dry.

Could putting too much clear coat change color a bit too?
