Why S2000 isn't an ACURA
 

It has all the luxury and performance. Why it was chosen to go with Honda?

Because Acura didnt exist when hondas first roadster came out and they wanted to stick to tradition.

Read about the origins of the Acura brand... and about Honda S500, S600 and S800 roadsters... then come back and try to convince us that that the S2000 "should have been" sold as an Acura.

Honda IS Acura, what the hell is the difference?? In Japan, Acura does not EXIST. Everything is Honda. Honda Integra, Honda NSX etc.

Thank god is a Honda, if some day i own a NSX i'll rename/rebadge to Honda, is a Honda, "acura" is invented for North-Americans that don't mind paying a bit more for the name, while Acura is luxo, Honda is pure Race heritage, _ ..... and come on, S2K's aren't that luxurious, top materials but far from fancy luxury Z4's or TT's or Boxters etc etc ..
