Ok Ive searched....
and researched some more... and just double checking... if I should consider buying a used S2k... i should look at the 02+ years because of the improvements correct?

Yes, 02's have more necessities that make it more comfortable. Namely rear glass window w/defroster. The two tweeters and upgraded stock deck are nice.
