For sure, driving lights (control module) are set on the Canadian model and the Canadian model has a much larger windshield washer reservoir.

They have daytime running lights on Canadian versions and also some colors in the U.S. aren't offered on Canadian versions.

I think the bumper reinforcements may be different as well since we still have 5 MPH bumper standards in Canada.

Actually, the biggest difference I see between Canadian and US spec S2000s is some serious price gouging by Honda Canada. With a CDN$49,000 base price (US$32,800) and outrageously priced accessories like the CDN$4,985 hardtop (US$3,145), someone at Honda thinks we Canadians are printing our own money or something! Even Por$sche only wants CDN$3,090 for a Boxter hardtop and Mazda only wants CDN$1,675 for a Miata hardtop!

With prices between 50 and 60 percent greater than their US equivalents, Honda’s Canadian S2000 prices in no way reflect the difference between the US and Canadian dollars (about $1.35CDN/US). Gouging!

I think the main difference is the frequency with which you can cruise with the top down!!!!!!!!
