No low beams on Civic

No low beams on Civic
Not my car, about 5 years old, has high beams but no low beams, other lights work, fuses are okay, thinking it is headlight relay. Is this known issue on late model Civics?

Turned out to be burned out both lights. I bet she never noticed when one went, then all the sudden the lights don't work when the second one goes.
