EP3 v. RSX Compatibility

EP3 v. RSX Compatibility
I know that the RSX and EP3 Si are basically the same car underneath, but I've got a couple of specific questions - currently own an EP3 (2004) and am going to look at a 2003 RSX-S tomorrow:
1. I know that the RSX-S has 17inch wheels, vs. 16 inch with the base car - are there any clearance issues with 16s on the RSX-S (bigger brakes, maybe?).
2. Are the dampers/springs on the two cars exactly the same? Could I swap my Konis from the EP3 to the RSX-S (and vice versa) without too much hassle?

EDIT: OK, further research shows that that 03 RSX-S wheels were 16s anyway, so I guess I know the answer to question 1. :thumbup:
