A guy just totalled my 97 civic, so its off car shopping for me. My questions are, what type of mileage do you see on the street with the 02-05 si's? and another i had is even after researching, i havent found any definate answers as to how the 02-03 si's are diffrent from the 04-05s? because ive narrowed my search down to two cars ones an 03 and ones an 05. any help would be appreciated

Basically the differences betwenn the 02-03 and 04-05 are as follows:

Front lights(more like the rsx)
Tail lights(clear lenses)
16 inch rims as supposed to 15s
side skirts

I have a 2004 and it looks a lot different from the previous year. Overall, the 04 and 05 in my opinion look a lot better.

coolman, thanx for the reply. ive found an '05 with 26000 miles. black on black and their asking 13500 for it. thats a good deal right? im going to talk to him later this week

hey im brand new here. Just got my 04 Si 3 months ago. it had 36k miles on it black on black and 11,900 is what i paid for it. From what i found out these cars are hard to sell resale. I watched this car for 7 months and would not move. Asked why they said came down to the gear shift. so they wanted 13 for it i got them down to the 11,900 price. I love it. fast fun and different. But if you can afford 08..... go for it (its new)
