If I had 15 grand extra to spend on top of the price of an RSX I wouldn't buy the RSX and build it up. I would just add it to the price of another car.

If I were to spend 15K i'd either slap on the 05-06 Ings or C-West front bumper with Ings rear and sides. Get some good rims like Advan X Kreuzers or something. Good coilovers, repaint it to Mazda Phantom Blue or Copper Mica or Candy Blue. Put the rest into the engine.

If I had 15K to work with. I'd upgrade jdm parts(bumpers,side skirts, shift knob, type r valve cover) nice 17" wheels, motor bolt ons & lower ride & tighten up suspention. Anything left over buy a Si rex or Si civic for a second ride...
