from what i understand a stock type-s can dyno 190 to the wheels, with a type-r getting up in the 200's |
do you beleive me now and its an 03

A stock Type S can dyno anywhere from 160 (terribly low) to 180. Its usually in the 170s. With the extra 17hp of the Type R it probably dynos in the 190s.
And not to nitpick, but there is SO much more to the Type R than just 3 engine pieces. The suspension, brakes, interior, lack of moonroof, weight are all different so much so that the Type R wheels don't fit on a Type S without getting some suspension pieces off of a Type R IIRC. |

Depends on what you desire is for the car if you are looking for track time get something 16 and wide with a nice light weight. Also start thinking forged it is the only way to go light and strong.
Kosei are a great value for a light strong wheel. I think Roja had a decent light wheel as well. As for the rims you are talking about black with the red ring I think they are the time attacks. I run the stock rims mine are the 8-9 spoke I think for weight sacrificing and for cruising I run 18x7.5 5Zigen Mk5's in Hyper black on my ABP RSX type s |
looks clean men...
