Default How good are RSX's in the snow?

How well do they perform in the deep snow? I'd really love to get an AWD car but I think they're way overpriced and heavy snowfall is hit or miss over by me. Some years it's bad, some years it isn't.

I dont know how she would turn out as an AWDriver dude.. the car sits low as is, so I dont think she would make a good snow mobile, it might take alot of work to transform a streetfighter to a quad. I wouldnt do it, but from what Iv been hit with so far she handled the white stuff pretty well just gotta come off the clutch reeeaaaalllll slow..

4 Canadian winters = no problem for me.

I live downtown though, but I've been in some storms and I got to where I need to go with relative ease. It has more than enough ground clearance when stock, it just needs better tires (you should get winter tires).
My only problem was when I was on an inclined that had tracks made in the road by trucks and the tracks froze (due to a bit of sleet) so it meant that there was no grip and minimal ground clearance, but after a few minutes I managed to get up the hill. The Camry behind me didn't make it

I had to drive home 100mi from purchase in snow. Not deep, but big hills and stuff. Car was not bad and tires performed fine too. I'm coming from Audi A4 quattro that had several sets of dedicated tires. Yeah, I was pretty impressed. For next winter, I'm putting on 15's with some Dunlop SPA2s that I have here new. 205/60-15.

Is that an upgrade in rim size or a downgrade? RSX=16 or 15

If its a Type S it won't be able to fit 15s becuase there is not enough clearance with the caliper.

It's called a nice set of snow tires. I would reccomend dunlop M3s for performance car. I think you would run 205 55 16s which is my stock size. I rock them on WRX and my car is awesome in the snow now. The stock RE92s were terrible last winter even though my car is AWD. My previous vehicle was an H22 swapped Accord and with snow tires the car was better in the snow than with AWD with crappy all-seasons. Once you have snows on a FWD the only really benefit to AWD is off the line traction and going through deep snow. Turning is still somewhat scary cause I can easily whip my backend around where a FWD will just understeer.

Whoa, I thought it showed my location under my profile....oh well, I fixed it now

And some of the girls are really hot, but there are also quite a few who are very, very not. Its a tradeoff
