2005 RXS - Steering Wheel Wobble

Just started a day or so ago, When driving 25 mph plus and quickly while going on the highway, sending vibration from the front end,
Hard to say if it is the left or right side but I'd say the right. Brakes are smooth and balanced.

Left axle was done late last spring when it broke, stopping the vehicle when it happened.

Other notable is that when I come to a stop and park, can now hear a "ticking sound" on the right, almost like a winding down of sorts. Checking the wheel, it is extremely hot. The only one like doing this. Giving a slight smell too, almost a burn smell.

Could this be caused by fallen wheel weights? Unbalanced tires? Or right side tie rods/axle? The extreme heat has me concerned.
