Button is out with gearbox issues. Come on Taku preserve that engine.

Sato takes 3rd... first time in a long time his engine didn't blow. Ferrari takes 1-2.

And he saves it to take 3rd place! Great job Sato!

Yay, my boy Taku got a podium. Way to go.

Toyota finally got a decent finish, which made me happy, hopefully they'll do better once they debut their new chassis. I guess it helped that half the grid DNF'd.

But man, they really pissed me off with the Ralf incident. Why didn't they have cars enroute immediately???? We all know the FIA and many track managers are completely incompetent, but COME ON!!! That crap was inexcusable.

And even though I hate Montoya, he really got screwed today too. The FIA can burn in hell.

The race should have been red flagged after the lap 1 incident. If they did want to run the race they should have done it through pit lane and kept pitlane closed. I was scared for the 10 minutes that no one came to Ralf's rescue. I know the crew at Indy is great because I saw the IRL race and the rescue truck came in even before the wrecked cars had stopped. FIA has rules about rescue crew deployment that have raised questions in the past and cost lives. One would hope FIA takes a look at this incident and creates a better modus operandi when it comes to dealing with high speed wrecks.
